As April wanes, the ancient fires draw near…
Beltane, the old Gaelic festival of flame and fertility, arrives with the promise of summer. On Thursday the 30th of April, we gather on its eve to honour growth, warmth, and the returning pulse of life—note that the Tower and its surrounding will rest the following day for a private occasion.
In the same bright stretch of days, Henry Broadhurst, one of our Tower’s stewards, opens his creative doors for the very first time. His Open Studios will unfold from May 2nd to 4th—a chance to step into the making and see what stirs behind the scenes. Keep an eye on his Instagram for glimpses and guidance. More info here too.
Then, as Sunday returns on May 3rd, the garden gates open once more. Come wander, sip coffee, and share in simple homemaking—an easy day of green things and gentle company.
Though some paths are already full, whispers continue from ReBearth. Their courses in plastering, pigment, paint, and process are fully booked for now—but keep watch, as new opportunities may soon take root.
